The challenge

Everyone’s time is increasingly limited, fragmented and scarce. The prioritization of messaging whether it’s a website, package design or other marketing communications tool has become critical. Decision-makers across all sectors are increasingly interested in how consumers react and interact with their brand.

The WildFig solution

Our team has evolved existing and publicly available eye-tracking tools to implement this type of research at scale — much more cost effectively than traditional tools. The outcomes of this work are heat maps that inform design and message prioritization with the goal of optimizing the final output. It provides a quantitative framework around consumer behavior and engagement versus purely subjective criteria.
